"Once you have experienced an unhappy state you would have to be a stupid idiot to repeat it.
— IMAGINATION FULFILLS ITSELF" —Neville Goddard.

Neville Goddard 's quote so beautifully explains the paradox of our imagination faculty while dealing with unhappiness.

So, we need to be wise in choosing our conscious choices. Choosing to be happy when we feel unhappy is truly counterintuitive.

It's a paradox since Imagination allows itself to be guided more by our conditioning than conscious choices, just like a crow which can see using one eye only.

Sudoku puzzle offers the best example. Just as currently known clues don't help in fillng all the empty cells, consciously choosing happiness right now doesn't solve long pending problems.

However, it paves way for eventually finding solutions to them by relieving the mind from getting overwhelmed and allowing it to "breathe" for a while.

This helps in gradually recouping ourselves from the distressing situation and allow ourselves to think things through. As we consciously make this habit, we can enlarge our circle of influence.
